Information We Collect
Information You Provide
This website has no contact form. You reach us by email, telephone or the live chat, and when you do, we may collect:
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number
- Company information: Organization name, job title
- Communication content: Messages, inquiries, and correspondence
Automatically Collected Information
Visitor statistics. We count visits with Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU), a service built to work without cookies and without identifying anyone. On each page view it receives the page address, the page you came from, your browser type and screen size, and your country, derived from your IP address, which is not stored. Plausible tells repeat visits within one day apart by a hash of your IP address and browser that is discarded every day, so nobody can follow you from one day to the next, across websites, or back to a person. We also count, without any personal detail, which datasheets are downloaded, which videos are played, how often the chat, e-mail and phone links are used, and what is typed into the site search. This is aggregate information about how the website is used, not a profile of you. Nothing is stored in your browser for it, and no advertising technology is involved.
Server logs. As with any website, the server that delivers our pages may keep short technical access logs for security and operation; we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Live chat (see Third-Party Services) starts only when you open it.

Third-Party Services
Videos. Our video pages show a still image of each video rather than an embedded player. Loading that image contacts Google's image servers (i.ytimg.com), which receives your IP address. Nothing else is loaded until you press play; only then is a YouTube player embedded, in YouTube's no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and from that moment your use of the video is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Live chat. The "Chat with us" button opens a live chat run by tawk.to (tawk.to Inc., USA). Nothing is loaded from tawk.to until you press the button. From then on tawk.to receives your IP address and approximate location, the pages you visit while the chat is open, the messages you write and any contact details you give us; the conversation is kept in our tawk.to account so that we can follow up. Your use of the chat is subject to tawk.to's privacy policy.
Visitor statistics. Plausible Analytics, described above under "Automatically Collected Information", processes the statistics on servers in the European Union; see Plausible's data policy.
Social networks. Links to our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram profiles are plain links. No social plugins or buttons run on this site, so those networks learn nothing about you unless you follow a link.
Our website may also contain links to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser until you open the live chat (the visitor statistics work without cookies). Once you open the chat, tawk.to stores the cookies and browser data it needs to keep your conversation, and this site remembers, for the current browser tab only, that the chat is open. The site search runs entirely in your browser; only the words you search for are counted in the visitor statistics, without anything that identifies you.
